Delivery / Shipping
If your order is placed by 2pm Monday to Friday (UK time zone) then we will process and dispatched the same working day, delivery timescale will be dependant upon your chosen shipping method.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. When you place an order, you will be presented with the delivery options available dependant upon the delivery address, simply select your preferred option.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on the product page within it's description. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the nearest full gramme, below are our current delivery/shipping charges.

Returns
If you wish to return your order, please return your order in the same condition it arrived in the original packaging within 28 days to the address provided. Once we inspect the products and confirm they have been returned in good condition we will issue a refund for the cost of the products. Please note we will not issue any refunds for delivery charges.
In the unlikely event your order is incorrect, arrives damaged or in unacceptable condition please contact us immediately via email, along with a digital photo attached showing the extent of the damage clearly, please also include reason, order number and full name and contact details. One of our trained staff will review your issue and will contact you within 48 working hours. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with further instructions.
Generally we will arrange collection of goods if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In all other circumstances the onus will fall on the customer to return items.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within 3-4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). You refund will be issued back to the same payment method that your original order was paid with.
